Plays from Jewish History and Literature
These simple plays for Sunday School students, developed for the Jewish Cultural School and Society (New Jersey) by member and teacher Abbott Goren, present important moments in early, medieval and modern Jewish history and explore founding narratives in Jewish literature through dramatic presentations and dialogues. Any comments or corrections should be directed to Abbott at gorin283@verizon.net. Those interested in these plays might also consider the IISHJ publication Dr. Yudelman's Computer, which includes more substantial scripts.
